CLIN35

We have presented our project, ongoing work, and future steps at CLIN35.
Computational Linguistics in The Netherlands (CLIN) is an annual conference on computational linguistics in the Dutch-speaking region.
In our presentation, we covered the PAGINA project’s team, motivation, and objectives as well as our dataset of news articles with aggregated reading times from thousands of actual readers and the possibilities it offers.
Given the possibilities and potential research direction, we discuss a systematic assessment of the dataset, in which we want to explore how each block of features relates to reading time per token.
It was great to meet so many peers and attach names to faces. We are grateful for the valuable feedback after the presentation and insightful conversations during the poster session and reception. We thank the organisers for this warm conference.
Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions or want to chat!
